Jeff Frankel is the Chief Compliance Officer of Nvsted, ensuring the securities-based crowdfunding platform remains in line with federal guidelines under Title III of the Jobs Act. In addition, Jeff serves as an Assistant Vice President at the St. Louis Economic Development Partnership, where he manages the firm’s $100MM New Markets Tax Credit Community Development Entity, Heartland Regional Investment Fund, LLC, and also supports its EB-5 Regional Center, Gateway to the Midwest Investment Center, and Opportunity Zone functions.
