Mylk and Hummus is a sustainable CPG food startup in the St. Louis area. We make amazing hummus and care deeply about the ingredients we source, the food we make, and having a positive influence on our customers. We have fun along the way. As we grow, we are looking for help with our online and wholesale accounts as an Online and Wholesale Account Manager.

The role of the OW Account Manager is to be the bridge between our online/wholesale customers and our kitchen. In essence, to ensure customers receive what they want, on time, while maintaining high quality standards and customer service.

Job Responsibilities include:

Wholesale Accounts
-interact with wholesale accounts via email, in person, and/or via phone.
-communicate order needs to our Kitchen Manager
-ensure positive relationship, communicate/address issues
-assist with market development opportunities (social, promotion, sampling events)
-gather monthly sales data per location and report data in Excel
-organize and execute deliveries, including stamping/ensuring sell by dates are on packaging
–input addresses into Route XL for route
–ensure route delivery is organized with enough product, labeling, dating, cold packs
–schedule and instruct additional delivery driver(s) to wholesale accounts as needed
-participate in and coordinate store sampling days
-timely send invoices
-increase sales velcocity per account
-develope new sales opportunties

Online Accounts
-receive online orders and process
-communicate order needs to our Kitchen Manager
-assemble shipping materials
-Deliver orders locally
-interact with online accounts as needed via email
-ensure positive relationship, communicate/address issues
-assist with market development opportunities (social, promotion)
-gather monthly sales data and report in Excel
-organize and execute Tuesday deliveries
–input addresses into Route XL for local delivery
–ensure route delivery is organized with enough product, labeling, dating, cold packs
–schedule and instruct additional delivery driver(s) to online accounts as needed

General/Business Development
-relay voice of customer to team
-vet new wholesale opportunities locally and domestically
-recommend online and wholesale marketing needs (point of sale, etc)
-other duties as needed

Requirements/Qualifications:

·Ability to implement business strategy/marketing initiatives
-Outgoing, friendly personality is essential

· Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once: from logistics coordination/execution to data gathering, to building great relationships

·College degree (Prefered). Minimum highschool with 4 years sales/logistics, or equivalent experience.

· Analytical and interpretive skills

· Excel

· Refined written and oral communication skills

· Ability to solve problems and address a variety of concrete variables

· Reliable transportation and ability to deliver orders across the greater st. louis region

· Ability to lift 25lbs
