Hatcher+, a unique, data-driven venture firm, have announced a partnership with Stadia Ventures to co-invest in early-stage companies accepted into the Stadia Accelerator program.

Hatcher+ is a data-driven venture capital investment platform that uses AI and machine learning-based technologies to identify early-stage opportunities in partnership with leading accelerators and investors across the globe. Stadia has created an ecosystem and deal flow generation for sports innovation growth by leveraging the core strengths of its team: industry expertise, network, and education.

“Stadia Ventures has a unique position in the Sports tech and Esports market, having built a deep ecosystem of industry participants, the likes of which we have not seen anywhere else in the world,” said Wissam Otaky, Partner at Hatcher+. “From the very first gathering I attended that brought this community together, I was convinced the team was building something special.”

The partnership will provide up to $100,000 in capital initially to portfolio companies, as well as provide Stadia access to Hatcher’s AI-based software platform to assist in assessing candidates and tracking portfolio performance. Portfolio companies will have access to the extensive Hatcher+ network, enabling a ‘soft landing’ across different geographies.

“We are excited about the Hatcher partnership, not just because of the meaningful investment capital, but also because of the unique access to a network of world-class accelerators as well as Hatcher’s intelligent portfolio and fund management software,” said Brandon Janosky, Managing Director at Stadia. “Stadia’s alignment with Hatcher should prove to be a valuable resource for our portfolio companies moving forward.”

Hatcher+ partners in the U.S. include Quake Capital, Blue Startups and Innova, as well as other leading early-stage investors around the world. By bringing Stadia into the co-investment network, Hatcher+ will now be able to invest in companies uniquely positioned to take advantage of a booming Sports and Esports industry.

Headquartered in Singapore, Hatcher saw $3.5 million invested in their Hatcher+ VC platform by Taizo Son, the youngest brother of SoftBank founder Masayoshi Son
