Join OPO Startups As They Celebrate Third Anniversary

OPO Startups, the coworking space housed in a renovated historic post office on Main Street in St. Charles, will celebrate it’s third anniversary with the annual “OPO Birthday Party” from 3:30 – 7:00 PM on Wednesday, May 16th.

The event will include a showcase featuring startups housed at OPO, along with free beer and BBQ.

OPO has achieved a significant amount of success during its first three years and is now home to more than 60 startups and 250-plus technology workers.

The facility also hosts an annual Demo Day that distributes more than $50,000 in funding to regional startups, and recently received additional funding from the Missouri Technology Corporation (MTC) to expand on its success and create the OPO Innovation District on Main Street.

“We are very, very proud of what we’ve achieved,” said Randy Schilling, founder and owner of OPO Startups.

“It’s been amazing to see the explosion in entrepreneurial and startup activity across the region over the past years, and over the last three years OPO Startups has added to that success and become an important part of the St. Louis area’s entrepreneurial fabric. The event on the 16th is a celebration of that, along with a chance to feature some very exciting startups.”

Registration is free! Any questions about the event can be emailed directly via this link to Megan McKissen, OPO Startups Director. OPO Startups is also offering a birthday special of one month free for new members who sign up.
