Celebrate 5 Years Of Venture Café St. Louis In One Night

On Thursday, September 12th, the St. Louis innovation community will gather together for Kinesis at Innovation Hall for a one-night fundraiser and celebration of the five years of impact Venture Café St. Louis makes 365 days a year.

Kinesis mixes the key elements of Venture Café with everything that makes a party memorable including meeting entrepreneurs and leaders in St. Louis, viewing startup demos, technology-based art installations, cuisine from 23 City Blocks and The Chocolate Pig, custom cocktails, mocktails and local brews. The fundraiser also includes a music showcase featuring breakout St. Louis artists like Tonina, who was recently signed to Empire Records.

Tickets are available at: vcstl.co/kinesis2019

“Venture Café St. Louis has a lot to celebrate and Kinesis is our opportunity to do so with our community,” said Tyler Mathews, Executive Director. “Since our launch in 2014, more than 38,000 people have attended our various events, over 3,000 hours of free educational talks given, and nearly $365,000 worth of donated space has been provided.” Mathews continues, “But, the real celebration will focus on what is being created by entrepreneurs in our spaces.”

Demos from agtech, gaming, and tech startups will be on display as will technology-driven art installations made possible by Barrett Berrara Projects. The event is made possible by Boeing HorizonX, and Wexford Science + Technology, the company responsible for many of the buildings in the Cortex district.

Kinesis will include a 20 minute program and the rest of the night will be fresh and innovative fun.
