Winnie Caldwell, co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Books N Bros is a St. Louis native and will deliver the Keynote motivation. Winnie is also Sidney’s mom.

Sidney Keys III, is the 14-year-old founder of Books N Bros, LLC. When Sidney had the idea to found a book club in 2016, he wanted it to be for boys as a form of social justice.

Winnie took off the mom hat and put on the Communications hat. Books N Bros has since grown from seven members to more than 400 internationally, participated in three fellowships, given more than $15,000 in resources back to their local community and was recently part of the WePower Elevate/Elevar inaugural cohort.

VISION, led by BioSTL’s Entrepreneur Inclusion Initiative, empowers underrepresented talent to pursue and develop STEM-enabled ventures within human health, plant and ag science, and food and nutrition. It prioritizes programming for high-potential and entrepreneurially-oriented individuals facing barriers to success, specifically entrepreneurs who identify as Black, Latinx, women, and foreign-born.

You do not have to be a rocket scientist, coding expert or master craftsperson to attend this virtual conference. No matter the stage of your business and no matter the size of your dream, we want you to join us for this one-of-a-kind conference.
